What if I want to cancel my membership?
No worries, you're free to do so at any time. Access will be disabled at the completion of your current billing month.

What if I can't complete all the practices every week?
Even if you only do 1 of them, it's great value. Choose the longer one some weeks... the shorter ones when time is tight. Practice your faves as many times as you like. Do what works for you.

Will I still have access to the previous month's content once the new month begins?
Yes. As the month's roll along, your content library expands... everything remains accessible for as long as your subscription continues.

What if I can't join in on the monthly lives?
No worries. Everything will be recorded for you to watch whenever suits you better. And, you can still participate via the Forum & Discussion threads.

Will there be any live Zoom classes?
Yes. From time to time I'll announce a live class, with an invite to join me on Zoom :)
